My name is Kristopher Wallaert. I hold a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Administration. I have a wonderful wife of over 12 years, and together we have four amazing children.

I have a deep passion for leadership. I have observed many types of leaders throughout my career. I have seen what effective leadership looks like, but I have also been witness to toxic leadership. I am a firm believer that leadership is a way of life. Who we are and how we lead are one in the same. Our character will determine our effectiveness as leaders. Leadership is not a title or a position one holds, but rather how we treat one another.

My hope is to challenge and encourage my readers to become better versions of themselves and to see leadership as a way to serve. The goal of leadership is to come along side those we lead and help them become better versions of themselves. After all, leadership is not about you. Leadership is about how you treat others.
